CITY OF RAMSEY <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />RIVERSIDE DEVELOPMENT CONSTRUCTION, INC. <br />BANK FACILITY <br />On March 26, 1996, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ( "City ") to Riverside <br />Development Construction, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, ("Perniittee ") to construct a 4,224 <br />square foot bank facility ( "Structures ") on the property which is legally described as follows: <br />Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, RIVER'S BEND PLAZA 3RD ADDITION, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br />the ( "Site ") <br />This approval is issued pursuant to §9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval are <br />as follows: <br />1. STRUCTURE. All building plans must be preparers and certified by a registered <br />engineer or architect. <br />2. STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br />3. SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on the Site <br />as shown on the Site Plan prepared by Lampert Architects, dated January 29, 1996. <br />4. SITE PREPARATION. All site grading and drainage shall be subject to approval by <br />the City Engineer. <br />S. REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the <br />following site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location <br />as shown on the Site Plan and Grading Plan The Required Improvements are as follows: <br />a, Site grading in accordance with the approved Grading Plan prepared by Hakanson <br />Anderson Associates, Inc., dated January 26, 1996. <br />b. Installation of bituminous driveways, parking lots and maneuvering areas. <br />C. Installation of B -612 continuous concrete curbing around the perimeter of all <br />bituminous surfaces. <br />d. Establishment of turf in areas disturbed during construction. <br />e. Landscaping in accordance with the Landscape Plan prepared by Hakanson <br />Anderson Associates, Inc., dated January 26, 1996. <br />( "Required Improvements) <br />6. FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of these <br />items on the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. <br />7. LIGHTING. Any lighting installed on the site is subject to prior approval by the City <br />Engineer. <br />8. BUILDING FACADE. The Permittee agrees to construct the Structures of face brick <br />and stone in accordance with the Building Elevations prepared by Llampert Architects dated <br />February 9, 1996. <br />
