CASE # C1 <br />FINAL. PLAT APPROVAL OF BURY & CARLSON 2ND ADDITION <br />By: Steve Jankowski, City Engineer <br />Background: <br />The City is interested in acquiring property from Bury & Carlson to facilitate the acquisition of <br />lands along the south and west boundaries of the parcel for the extension of McKinley and Jaspar <br />Street into a collector roadway paralleling the railroad tracks. Land not required for the roadway <br />will be utilized b the City Public Works facility or for storm drainage ponding. Attached is a final <br />plat creating the legal parcels for the land transfer. <br />Recommendation: <br />The Planning Commission approved the sketch plan of the plat at its March 4, 1996 meeting.
