and the following were absent: I <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 26th day of March, 1996. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: i <br />Ci ty Administrator <br />IN 1 <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />' <br />RESOLUTION #96-03 - <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF BURY & CARLSON <br />2ND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey, hereafter referred to as the City, desires to acquire <br />property currently a part of the Gateway North Industrial Park and the Bury & Carlson Additions, <br />for future right -of -way and other public purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed this subdivision and recommended <br />approval on March 4, 1996; and <br />WHEREAS, no additional commercial lots are being created as a result of the re- <br />' <br />subdivision of the property. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City of Ramsey does hereby grant final plat approval to the Bury & Carlson 2nd <br />Addition <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />t <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: I <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 26th day of March, 1996. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: i <br />Ci ty Administrator <br />IN 1 <br />
