EXHIBIT D <br />Addendum No. 1 to <br />Service Agreement <br />This Addendum to that certain Service Agreement dated October 12, 1993, is made effective as <br />of , 1995, by and between the undersigned parties. <br />1. Services to Be Provided <br />A. Prepare additional review of previous plans; additional meetings with the City of <br />Dayton to review Mississippi River bridge plans. <br />B. Prepare additional revisions and refinements to the Trails Plan; prepare for and <br />attend additional meetings with the Parks and Recreation Commission and /or City <br />Park Department staff. <br />C. Prepare for and attend additional meetings with the Economic Development <br />Commission and joint meetings between the Planning and Zoning Commission and <br />the Economic Development Commission. <br />D. Prepare for and attend review meetings with the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission. <br />2. Fees $3,960.00 <br />3. Schedule The above work has already been completed at the request of City appointed <br />or elected officials and /or City staff. <br />4.
