The purpose of this <br />letter is to convey the status of the above - referenced projects, and to request a change in services <br />and fees. I apologize for the tardiness in my reply to your letter: I was on vacation for a period <br />and I took additional time to confer with our subconsultant, Frank Svoboda of Svoboda <br />Ecological Resources. <br />1 Oak Wilt Mapping <br />RLK Associates has produced draft documents for review by City staff. We received revisions <br />from City staff approximately two (2) weeks ago and we are currently making the necessary <br />corrections. <br />The contract for this work is dated December 28, 1994. The contract amount is for $5,000. <br />Your letter states the contract amount is $3,000. I trust the discrepancy is a "typo ". If this is not <br />the case we should further discuss this matter. <br />L We expect to complete lete this project within the month as described in the December 28th.coritract <br />for $5,000. <br />Shoreland Management Mapping and Ordinance <br />g <br />' To date, RLK Associates has produced and reviewed-with City staff the wetland inventory <br />completed by RLK Associates and Svoboda Ecological Resources. We have also assisted City <br />staff in reviewing the City's Shoreland Ordinance and we coordinated with the Department of <br />Natural Resources staff on this matter.
