Our current estimate for this expense is approximately $300 <br />and will depend on the requirements of the City. <br />As part of the land use plan update, we are respectfully requesting a contract addendum for an <br />additional 116.25 hours, or $5,812.50 plus $300 for.out -of- pocket expenses.. The revised <br />contract addendum is $6.112.50. The work associated with these additional hours were . <br />requested by appointed/elected officials and by City staff and did not occur as a result of mistakes <br />by RLK Associates or its subconsultants. The difference from the $8,064.75 in your letter of June <br />12th and our request for $6,112.50 is primarily related to a partial waiver of hours on the part of <br />RLK Associates; and because we have an understanding with the City that our hourly rate will be <br />reduced by approximately 30 percent. <br />We have enjoyed our working relationship with City staff, and appointed and elected officials: <br />We.ha've found our assignments with the City to be interesting and challenging, and we hope that <br />we have made a contribution to the City's Aiture through our engagement.. We especially hope to <br />continue a good relationship with the staff, appointed/elected officials; and residents of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br />Ryan, please feel free to contact me if we should further discuss any part of this letter.
