Prepare and ,Attend Additional Planning Commission Meetings The Planning Commission was the primary advisory body for the development and review of the land use plan. However, two (2) planning commission meetings were held after the land use alternatives wexe developed, and after these alternatives were narrowed down for City Council consideration. As part of these meetings, we were required to prepare additional drawings and plan language for Commission consideration. Also, we were'required to attend two (2) joint meetings of the City Council and Planning Commission; when only one (1) meeting was anticipated. The total hours for attending and preparing for the additional three (3) meetings is 21.25 hours. Prepare and Att end Economic Development Commission Meetings We were requested to attend and prepare material for several Economic Development Commission rtteetings. Again, the Planning Commission was the primary advisory body for our assignment and any work with the Economic Development Commission was not anticipated. As part Of our assignment with the Economic Development Commission we prepared several land use alternatives. Graphics were also prepared to support these alternatives. Our total assignment with the Economic Development Commission including meetings took 80.75 hours. Revisions To Land Use Map Several revisions to the land use map were requested by City staff over a period of approximately three (3) months. We understand these revisions were to accommodate comments made by the Planning Commission and City Council at meetings where we were not present. A total of 14.25 hours were spent revising these maps in addition to $687.27 of out -of- pocket expenses. Joint City Council Meetings joint Several City ouncil meetings were held with the Planning Commission and Economic joint g g � M assignment - Development Commission. These meetings exceeded the number anticipated as part of our %rith the City. However, meetings with the City Council and Planning Commission were anticipated. As a result, we are willing to waive the additional hours spent attending and preparing for the joint City,Council meetings. Revised Scope of.Services Two (2) items remain to complete our assignment with the City of Ramsey: 1) Revise the existing text of the City's land use plan as directed by City staff at our June, 1995 meeting; and 2) Revise the City's land use map. Both of these items are part of our assignment with the City. The only additional expense associated with these two tasks are out -of- pocket expenses for final
