NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will hold a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, March 26, 1996, at 7:00 p.m., at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider an amendment to Chapter 2 of the Ramsey <br />Home Rule Charter. The amendment would lengthen the term of the Mayor from two <br />years to four years commencing with election year 2000. <br />All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the <br />proposed Charter amendment, The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans With <br />Disabilities Act and, upon advance request, information will be provided in an alternative <br />form and interpreters will be available. Any person with such a request should contact <br />Recording Secretary Jo Thieling at 427 -1410 by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 20, <br />1996. There is a TDD machine at Ramsey Municipal Center, the number is 427 -8591. <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey City Council, <br />15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, 55303.
