Schroeder, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As directed by C0uncil, staff (and two Councilmembers) met with the Armstrong Ranch Kennels <br />neighborhood at City Hall on March 28,1996. After receiving several good comments from <br />residents of that area regarding the Kennels annual "Game Fair", Police Chief Auspos prepared a <br />summary of recommendations. These are attached for your review. In addition to increased <br />signage of rules, i, he Chief is also recommending increased ordinance enforcement and a change or <br />two to ordinances themselves. This case is on your agenda for information purposes. However, <br />ff you would lika to provide additional direction or advice, this provides a good opportunity.
