A Grading and Drainage Plan has been provided and is generally acceptable, however, silt fence <br />should be added to protect the wetland during construction. The Developer has agreed to modify <br />street grades to achieve a minimum grade of 0.5% along the curblines. The lowest allowable floor <br />elevations should be added to the Grading Plan. <br /> <br />The standard drainage and utility easements have been provided around the perimeter of each of the <br />lots.
