Absent: CouncilmemberBeahen. <br /> <br />3). <br /> <br />Award E~gineering Services for the Extension of McKinley Street 500 Feet <br />West of Sunfish Lake Drive <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankr}wski stated that with the current proposal of Listul Industries to construct a <br />new facility 'on th~ City-owned parcel of land west of Sunfish Lake Boulevard and north of the <br />railroad tracks,, it .will be. necessary to construct roadway and storm sewer and stub all utility <br />services from. the existing mains.. He requested a letter proposal for this work from both <br />Hakanson Anderson Associates and MSA, 'Inc. He is recommending Hakanson Anderson be <br />awarded the bid based on economic considerations. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilrnember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to award <br />engineering servic,~s to Hakanson Anderson for the extension of McKinley Street 500 feet west of <br />Sunfish Lake Drive. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
