It has come to Staff's attention that the southernmost <br />east/west street in the plat is designated as 152nd Avenue N.W., which is a duplicate of the <br />name assignment on the next residential street south of Brandseth. In reviewing the street <br />grid, it appears that the next residential street south of Brandseth should have been <br />designated a~ 151st. However, to correct the situation would require doing an address <br />change for the existing residents on that street. <br /> <br />Although the Brandseth plat has been delivered to Anoka County, it is early enough in the <br />recording process to change the street name in Brandseth. <br /> <br />Staff is requesting Council's approval to take the necessary action to change the name of <br />152nd Avenue and 152nd Lane in Brandseth to Germanium Circle in order to prevent any <br />confusion on the part of emergency services and imposition to the existing residents south <br />of Brandseth. <br /> <br /> <br />
