Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #96-06- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO CHANGE STREET NAMES IN THE PLAT OF BRANDSETH <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 26, 1996, the Ramsey City Council granted final plat approval to <br />Brandseth, hereinafter referred to as "the Plat"; and <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, one of the street names in the Plat was designated as 152nd Avenue N.W.; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to delivering the Plat to Anoka County for recording it was <br />noted that 152nd Avenue N.W. was a duplication of a street name assigned to a City street south of <br />the Plat. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, A:NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the office of the Anoka County Surveyor is hereby authorized to correct the Plat of <br />Brandseth to designate the street entrance to the Plat from the west property line as far as <br />GermaniumStreet N.W. as 152nd Lane N.W. <br /> <br />2) That the office of the Anoka County Surveyor is hereby authorized to correct the Plat of <br /> Brandseth t6 designate 152nd Avenue N.W. and 152nd Lane N.W., east of Germanium <br /> Street N.W., as Germanium Circle N.W. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the day of , 1996. <br /> <br /> <br />
