In accordance with the requirements of the City Engineer, a certified wetland delineation <br />has been prepared and the final plat needs to be modified to identify the limits of the <br />wetland areas as drainage and utility easements. The standard drainage and utility <br />easements have been provided around the perimeter of each of the <br />lots.
