Final Plat Review Letter: <br />June 4, 1996 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />Rabbit Run <br /> <br />Transportation Impact Fee: Effective April 15, 1996, the City of Ramsey implemented a <br />Transportation Impact Fee. The current rate is $500.00 per lot or $2,000.00 for Rabbit Run. The <br />developers share of this fee is $1,000.00 and the remaining $1,000 will be collected as an <br />additional $250.00 fee on each of the four building permits. <br /> <br />Tree Preservation and Planting Plan: The developer has submitted a Landscape Plan as an <br />addendum to the Csrading Plan. This plan verifies the preservation of existing trees and the <br />addition of one 2 inch diameter tree to each lot. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 11, 1996 to consider your request <br />for final plat approval of Rabbit Run. It is important that you, or your representative, be present at <br />the meeting to answer any questions that may arise. For your information, a copy of the proposed <br />development agreement is enclosed.
