Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #96-06- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO RABBIT RUN WHEREAS, Jori Rambosek, S.L. Dream Homes, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: The Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota hereinafter referred to as "Subject Property". AND WHEREAS, on April 2, 1996, the Ramsey Planning Commission approved the sketch plan for Rabbit Run; and WHEREAS, on April 11, 1996, the Park and Recreation Commission met and determined that park dedication shall consist of a cash contribution; and WHEREAS, on May 7, 1996, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and recommended preliminary plat approval; and WHEREAS, on May 28, 1996, the City Council granted preliminary plat approval to the Subject Property. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Rabbit Run in accordance with relevant City Codes. 2) That the Developer shall enter into a development agreement with the City. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon; the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent. whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the llth day of June 1996.
