PROPOSED EASEMENT FOR CITY OF RAMSEY; KEMPF PROPERTY <br /> <br />A 40.00 foot wide perpetual easement for utility and drainage purposes over, under, <br />and across the following described property: <br /> <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter (SW¼) of Section Twenty-four (24), Township <br />Thirty-two (32), Range Twenty-five (25), Anoka County, Minnesota, described as <br />follows: Commencing at the Southwesterly corner of Block 1, GORHAM'S ADDITION <br />in said Anoka County; thence Southwesterly on the northwesterly line of 152nd <br />Avenue NW as laid out in said plat of GORHAM'S ADDITION, extended southwesterly <br />for a distance of 205 feet; thence Northwesterly at right angles a distance of 150 feet <br />to the point of beginning of land to be described; thence continue Northwesterly on <br />same described line a distance of 183 feet; thence Northeasterly at right angles and <br />to the centerline of St. Francis Boulevard NW as now laid out and traveled; thence <br />Southeasterly on said centerline to a point which is 100 feet Northwesterly of the <br />Northeasterly corner of said plat of GORHAM'S ADDITION as measured along the <br />northwesterly extension of the Northeasterly line of said plat; thence southwesterly <br />and parallel with the northwesterly line of said plat to a point on the northwesterly <br />extension of the Southwesterly line of said Block 1; thence Southeasterly on the <br />Northwesterly extension of the Southwesterly line of said Block 1 to a point which is <br />150 feet North of the Northwesterly line of said 152nd Avenue NW extended <br />Southwesterly as measured at right angles thereto; thence Southwesterly and parallel <br />with the extended Northwesterly line of 152nd Avenue NW to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />The Westerly line of said easement is described as follows' <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the northerly line of the above said property distant 100.00 <br />feet easterly of the northwest corner thereof; thence southeasterly to a point on the <br />southerly line of said property 44,00 feet westerly of the most southeast corner of the <br />above said property and said line there terminating. The side lines of said easement <br />are to be prolonged or shortened to terminate on the northerly and southerly lines 6f <br />the above said property. <br /> <br />Together with a 30.00 foot temporary easement for construction purposes over, <br />under, and across the above said property, The easterly line of said easement is <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the northerly line of the above said property distant 100.00 <br />feet easterly of the northwest corner thereof; thence southeasterly to a point on the <br />southerly line of said property 44.00 feet westerly of the most southeast corner of the <br />above said property and said line there terminating.
