PROPOSED EASEMENT FOR THE CITY OF RAMSEY; DUCOMMUN PROPERTY <br /> <br />A perpetual easement for utility and drainage purposes over, under, and across the <br />following described property: <br /> <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter (SW¼) of Section Twenty-four (24), Township <br />Thirty-two (32)~ Range Twenty-five (25), Anoka County, Min, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of Block One (1) of Gorham's Addition in said <br />county; thencerSouthwesterly on the Southerly line of said Block One (1} extended <br />Westerly for a ¢iistance of 105 feet; thence Northwesterly at right angles 150 feet; <br />thence Northwesterly at right angles 100 feet to the Westerly line of said Block One <br />(1); thence Southeasterly on the said Westerly line of Block One (1) a distance of 150 <br />feet to the place of beginning. <br /> <br />Said easement is described as lying easterly of the following described line and its <br />extensions: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the southerly line of the above said property distant 30.00 feet <br />southwesterly from the southeast corner of the above said property; thence <br />northwesterly parallel to the easterly line of the above said property a distance of <br />100.00 feet; thence northwesterly to a point on the northerly line of the above said <br />property 44.00.feet westerly of the northeast corner of the above said property and <br />said line there terminating. <br /> <br />Together with a 30.00 foot wide temporary easement for utility construction purposes <br />over, under, and across the above said property.
