PUBLIC HEARING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, May 7, 1996 at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota to hear input <br />regarding a request for preliminary plat approval of Rabbit Run; case of Jon Rambosek, S.L. <br />Dream Homes. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Commissioner Ben Deemer (Acting Chairperson) <br />Commissioner Paul Holland <br />Commissioner Sharon Jensen <br />Commissioner Charles LaDue <br />Commissioner Michael Terry <br />Commissioner Bradley Thomd <br /> <br />Members Absent: Chairperson David Bawden <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Acting Chairperson Deemer called the public hearing to order at 7:53 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik reported that Jori Rambosek is requesting preliminary plat approval to <br />subdivide 40 acres in the rural residential district into 4 single family lots (in conformance with the <br />4 in 40 density zoning). The subject property is located on the south side of 167th Avenue just <br />west of the Rum River Plaza Shopping Center. All lots meet the 2.5 acre minimum lot size and the <br />200 feet of frontage on a public road requirements. Three of the lots will have access to a cul-de- <br />sac extending south off of 167th Avenue, and the fourth lot will have direct access to 167th. The <br />cul-de-sac does not exceed the 600 foot maximum length restriction. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Bob Muller, 5900 167th Avenue N.W. - stated that he owns the adjacent property and has no <br />objections. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Thomd and seconded by Commissioner Holland to adjourn the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />! <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br /> <br />Motion carded.
