Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #96-04- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF FERRUM ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey acuired property in the Industrial District for <br />development purposes; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly <br />applied for final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />That part of the West 66 feet of the East 946 feet of the North 662.68 feet of Lot 1, <br />Auditor's Subdivision No. 30 lying Southerly of the Plat of Gateway North Industrial <br />Park Plat 2, together with the part of said North 662.68 feet lying West of the said East <br />946 feet, lying East of the East line of Lot 2, Auditor's Subdivision No. 30, and lying <br />southerly of the Southeasterly extension of the Northeasterly line of said Lot 2 to the west <br />tine of said East 946 feet (all distances measured along north and east lines of said Lot 1) <br />except that part platted as Anoka County Highway Right-of-Way Plat No. I <br /> <br />AND <br /> <br />Lot 9 and that part of Lot 1, Auditor's Subdivision No. 30 lying southwesterly of the <br />following described Line A, Commencing at a point on the East line of said Lot 1, 1,295 <br />feet south of the Northeast comer thereof, said point being the point of beginning of Line <br />A, thence North 67 degrees 47 minutes west to the East line of Lot 2, of said Auditor's <br />Subdivision and there terminating; together with that part of said Lot 1 lying west of the <br />East 880 feet thereof and lying south of the North 662.28 feet of said Lot 1 (as measured <br />along the north and east lines thereof).
