Review existing and proposed/future land use and traffic 30 hours <br /> data. It will be assumed that new traffic count data will <br /> need to be collected in order to assess existing traffic <br /> volumes at the two key intersections within the study area <br /> for design purposes. Complete new a.m. and p.m. peak <br /> period manual intersection counts and 12 hour approach <br /> counts at the two key intersections within the study area. <br /> <br />2, Evaluate signal warrants. <br /> <br />4 hours <br /> <br />3.
