Prepare planning level cost estimates based on the <br /> concept layout. <br /> <br />6 hours <br /> <br />4 hours <br /> <br />10 hours <br /> <br />Task Group !11 '- Public/Agency Involvement <br /> <br />1, Coordinate, prepare for, and attend public informational 12 hours <br /> meetings (i.e., planning commission, city council as <br /> necessary). (Assume up to three meetings). <br /> <br />BASIS OF PAYMENT <br /> <br />We would propose to be reimbursed for our services on an hourly basis at a rate of 2.5 <br />times salary cost for the actual time expended, for the out-of-pocket expenses (printing, <br />reproduction, etc.) at cost and for mileage not-to-exceed the IRS approved rate of <br />currently $.31 per mile. Invoices would be submitted on a monthly basis for work <br />performed during the previous month with payment due within 30 days. <br /> <br /> <br />
