B88i¢ Engineering Services <br /> <br />Prepare plans and specifications for the extension of sanitary <br />sewer and watermain, the roadway, and storm sewer. <br /> <br />Identify and prepare legal descriptions for easements required <br />outside dedicated right-of-ways. <br /> <br />Prepare all necessary permit applications for the construction of <br />the project. <br /> <br />Prepare all necessary permit applications to the Minnesota <br />Pollution Control Agency, the Department of Health, and <br />Metropolitan Council Wastewater Division. <br /> <br />Prepare final cost estimate. <br /> <br />Engineers Landscape Architects Surveyors <br /> <br /> <br />
