Once all punch list items are completed by
the Contractor and meet City standards, we would complete a final pay request and
close the project out. The City would then receive a hard copy of the as-builts, and a
computer disk with all pertinent information for your records.

Materials Testing Coordination - This work would include coordination of all soil
borings and material testing required to design and implement the proposed project.
We would obtain soil borings and material testing from a geotechnical firm specified
by the City; MSA typically uses American Engineering Testing, Inc., as our sub-
consultant for geotechnical work.

900/00 I- 1605.jul
