Absent: CouncilmemberBeahen. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Request for Amendment to Emergency Temporary Structure Permit; <br />Case of Leonard Simon <br /> <br />t <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that at the last Council meeting, she reported a log home f'u'e <br />and an application for a temporary emergency structure. Replacing the log home is expected to <br />take about 30 months and the request was for the pein'fit approval for 180 day increments-as <br />opposed to the ustial 90 day. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to direct the Zoning <br />Administrator to amend the Emergency Ternporary Structure Pein'fit issued to Mr. Leonard Simon <br />to provide for 180 day extensions from City Council. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer and Zimmerman. <br />Voting No: None.
