Park 'Dedication: The plat was reviewed by the Park Commission at their regular <br />meeting on Thursday, July 11. The recommendation was that park dedication be satisfied <br />with a cash Payment for the two new lots created. The current rate in the rural district is <br />$625.00 per lot. <br /> <br />7 Drainage and Easements: In accordance with City Code, the final p.lat provides <br />the standard !0 foot wide drainage and utility easements around the outer perimeter of all <br />lots and 5 foot wide drainage and utility easements on common property lines <br /> <br />8. Transportation Impact Fee. The City has enacted a Transportation Impact Fee <br />in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per lot. The amount of Transportation <br />Impact Fee due on the Plat for the two new lots created is $1,000.00. The fee is intended to <br />be utilized for the future improvements necessary to extend I73rd Avenue N.W. to the west <br />to provide a transportation link between the communities of Elk River and Ramsey. <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 13, 1996 to <br />consider your request for final plat approval of the proposed minor subdivision. It is <br />important that you, or your representative, be present at the meeting to answer any <br />questions that may arise.
