Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #96-08- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF TRANBY TERRACE 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, David Tranby, hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied for plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: All that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southerly of the plat of TRANBY TERRACE: Southerly of the south line of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, and northeasterly of the northeasterly line of ANOKA COUNTY H1GHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY PLAT NO. 33 Together with: The East 100 feet of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. AND WHEREAS, on May 23, 1996, the City received application and sketch plan from David Tranby; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on July 9, 1996 and approved the sketch plan of Tranby Terrace 2nd Addition and directed the subdivider to proceed to the final plat stage; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on July 11, 1996 and recommended that cash be accepted to satisfy park dedication requirements; and WHEREAS, the City received application for final plat approved on July 26, 1996. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to TRANBY TERRACE 2ND ADDITION in accordance with relevant City Codes and as follows: Contingent upon the Developer entering into a development agreement with the City. b. A deviation from the I0 acre minimum lot size for Lot 3, Block 1. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember __ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: I I I and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the__ day of , 1996.
