ORDINANCE TO SELL LOT 9, BLOCK 5, <br />CHESTNUT RIDGE 2ND ADDITION; D.A.R.E. PROJECT <br />By: Ryan R. Schroeder <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On April 23, 1996, Council introduced the ordinance which, if passed, allows the City to sell the <br />single family home currently under construction by the City. The net proceeds from the sale will <br />be split between Minnesota D.A.R.E. and the local Ramsey D.A.R.E. program. The framing for <br />the house is now complete and, therefore, it is appropriate to begin marketing the property. <br />Adoption of the attached ordinance will allow this to occur. <br /> <br />Council Action: ]~ <br />Motion to waive the~ reading and order the adoption of Ordinance 96-XX granting authority to sell <br />public land in the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Note: under current Cou ncil practice, t~is requires a roll call vote. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />CC: 08/13/96 <br />/jmt <br /> <br /> <br />
