Commissioner Deemer asked what thc purpose of the metal accessory lmilding was, and if it wil have a <br />cement floor. Mr. Wetterlind explained he would use the metal accessory building for recreational <br />purposes and he w/Il be putting in a cement floor. Commissioner Deemer noted the material cost is the <br />same for the accesso~ stmc'ture to be built with the same type construction materials and exterior flt~i_qh <br />as the principal structure. Mr. Wetterlind stated his preference was a metal pole building. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDtm and seconded by Commis.4aner Thorud to recommend that City <br />Counc~'l approve Brian Wetterlind's request for a conditional use permit for an oversized metal accessory <br />building on less O, ma 2.5 acres. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners La.Due, Thorud, Jensen, and Terry. <br />Voting No: Commissioner Deemer. Absent: Commissioner Holland. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer explained Ns opposition in thai he believes the design should be changed so <br />structure has the same exterior facing finistx as the principal stmctare. <br /> <br />Case//4: <br /> <br />Request for a Conditional Use Permit (Interim Use ?ermi0 for a Temporary <br />Structure; Case of Johnson Holdings, <br /> <br />Zoning AdminLstmtor Sylvia Frolik explained that John~ex:lI1 Holdings, Inc., has submitted an application <br />for an interim use permit for a temporary modular structure in which to conduct bank business while the <br />permanent building is under construction. <br /> <br />Commi.*,s/oner Ym-~n asked what the time ~xctor was on tile temporary facility. Kevin Johnson, P.O. Box <br />250, Isanti, stated it would be used for four to six months. Commissioner Deemer asked how soon they <br />planned on using the temporary building. Mr. 3'ohnmn explained that they would like to start by the end <br />of the month. Commissioner Jensen asked when construction would start on the permanent stm~e. <br />Mr. Johnson stated cormt~ction would start at the end of the montk <br /> <br />The Planning Commission proceeded to review the ~Findings of Yac-t. <br /> <br />Motion by'Commissioner LaI)ue and seconded by Commissioner Jensen to accOt/ti through #8 as <br />presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
