Commissioner Deemer asked what thc purpose of the metal accessory lmilding was, and if it wil have a <br />cement floor. Mr. Wetterlind explained he would use the metal accessory building for recreational <br />purposes and he w/Il be putting in a cement floor. Commissioner Deemer noted the material cost is the <br />same for the accesso~ stmc'ture to be built with the same type construction materials and exterior flt~i_qh <br />as the principal structure. Mr. Wetterlind stated his preference was a metal pole building. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDtm and seconded by Commis.4aner Thorud to recommend that City <br />Counc~'l approve Brian Wetterlind's request for a conditional use permit for an oversized metal accessory <br />building on less O, ma 2.5 acres. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Kevin Johnson, P.O. Box <br />250, Isanti, stated it would be used for four to six months. Commissioner Deemer asked how soon they <br />planned on using the temporary building. Mr. 3'ohnmn explained that they would like to start by the end <br />of the month.
