Absent: Commi~qsk:merHolIand. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Detract and seconded by Commk.~oner LaDue to recommend that City <br />Council approveiJohnson H0lding% Inc.'s request far a conditional use permit for a temporary structure <br />to canduct banklbusiness while their permanent building is under construction. <br /> <br />Motion carrie&; Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, I2/]~e~ Jense~ Tharud, <br />and Terry. Votihg No: None. Absent: Commissioner Holland. <br /> <br />The Planning Comm~.~sion proceeded to rcvicw the proposed Resolution for the Interim Use Permk. <br /> <br />Commi~ioner Deemer stated he had no problem with conditions #l or #2. <br /> <br />Commissioner Qeemer asked if the parking lot will be paved. Mr. Iohnmn explained that they are not <br />planning to pave ~e parking lot due to the construct/on, and they plan on using crushed aggregate for the <br />parkSng lot /Vir. f,ohnson added that the people developing the road recommended not paving the parking <br />lot Commissioner Deemer stated condition #3 was incorrect according to the site plan. <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden asked it'the temporary structure will be a drive-up.
