Commissioner Deemer stated he did not understand the rus/~ as this was approved five months ago and has seen no act~. Chakpe~aBawden explained the length of the interr~ approval process for banks. Ma. Johnson s-'tated this would be a drive-up and walk-in facility, wkh adequate parking. Commissioner Deemer stated that a paved parking lot would be a better option. Motion by Commissioner LalX~ and seconded by Commissioner Thomd to recommend CoundJ approval of the Interim Use Permit as submitted. Motion carried. She explained ~hstt the property is a farmly estate, appmxJrrmely 40 acres in size} proposed to be split into three lot~ Ms. l~rolik explained that Lots 2 and 3 w/il accommodate ex/sling homesteads for Florence Hunt and her san, tlarold; and Lot 1 w~ be conveyed co another scum Ms. Frolik explained that the three lot minor subdivision is in conformance with the 4 in 40 dens/ty zoning. However, the rain/mum lot size in the Rural Service Area'is 1eh acres and Lots 2 and 3 are eight and three acres respectively. Ms. Frolik explained that the proposed Iot sizes are in accordance with a family agreern~t as to the division o£the es~e. Mr. J~ankowski expiated thxt there is cmrently 33 feet of right-oLway, and now Anoka County wants 60 feet south oft_he center line ofTJ-I ~-63. Mr. Ffunt stated he had no problem with that proposal.
