! <br />! <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />moved for the adoption of the following findings of fact: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #96-08- <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FA-X-ed' # RELATING TO <br /> A REQUEST FOR AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR A TEMPORARY <br /> OFFICE~'~STRUCTURE ON THE PROPERTY GENERALLY KNOWN AS <br /> 14150 ST. FRANCIS BLVD. N.W. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Johnson Holdings, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has <br />properly applied for an Interim Use Permit for placement of a temporary office structure on <br />the property generally known as 14150 St. Francis Blvd. N.W. and legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1i Block 1, Old School House No. 28 Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> NoW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />That the Applicant appeared before the Planning Commission for a public hearing <br />pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code on August 6, 1996 and that <br />said public hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public <br />hear/ng are hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />That the subject property is located in the B-1 Business District and is <br />appro>~irnately one (1) acre in size. <br /> <br />That the surrounding parcels are also zoned B-1 Business. <br /> <br />That th,e Applicant received site plan approval from the City to construct and operate <br />a bank on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />That the Applicant is proposing to place a 14' x 60' modular office structure on <br />the Subject Property. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that the purpose of the temporary structure is to <br />provide: office space in which to conduct bank business while the permanent <br />structure is under construction. <br /> <br />That the Applicant is requesting the use of the temporary structure for a six (6) <br />month period. <br /> <br />That the City has granted similar permits in the past. <br /> <br />That the proposed temporary structure will not increase traffic to or from the Subject <br />Property any more. than the permanent structure that has been approved for <br />development on the site. <br /> <br />That the proposed temporary structure will not be unduly dangerous or detrimental <br />to persons residing or working in the area. <br /> <br /> <br />
