AND wHEREAS, Central Tele-Systems is the lowest bidder. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFO,RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSE¥, ANOKYt COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes a budget amendment allocating $12,328 <br /> from the Council Contingency for phone system for the Municipal Center. <br /> <br />2) That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes allocating $9,145 from the police <br /> facility construction account. <br /> <br />3) That the Rarnsey City Council hereby awards the purchase of phone systems for the <br />Municipal Center and Police Department to Central Tele-Systems as detailed above. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said reso;lution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 27th day of August, 1996. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
