The <br />feasibility study Would involve the public in determining to what extent and when the Trott Brook <br />trail corridor ent{rs the CIP programming. <br /> <br />1999 <br /> <br />Lake ltasca $ 33,000 <br /> <br />By this year, the ultimate property limits for Lake Itasca Park should be known. Thirty-three <br />thousand dollars ~is proposed to accommodate grading and seeding restoration consistent with the <br />park plan. <br /> <br />Alpine Park <br /> <br />$33,000 <br /> <br />$33,000 provides, for continuing development of the park. <br />2000- 2002 <br /> <br />Community P~rk~ <br /> <br />Year 2000 $ 69,000 <br />Year 2001 $ 72,000 <br />Year 2002 $ 72,000 <br /> <br />Over the next thr~ years of the Parks Capital Improvement Program, Lake Itasca Park will be <br />developed concur!'ent with the other three community parks (Central, River's Bend, and Alpine <br />Park). <br /> <br />Community parks are intended to receive Landfill Trust Fund earnings during these years based <br />upon need. It is ~esumed that if 35 acres east of the existing Central Park is not available by this <br />time, Central will!be nearing development completion.
