3O Councilrnember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #96-08- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF HUNT ADDITION WHEREAS, Florence Hunt, hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied for plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: The northwest Quarter of thc Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. AND WHEREAS, on July 23, 1996, the City received application and sketch plan from Florence Hunt; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission n~t on August 6, 1996 and approved the sketch plan of Hunt Addition and directed the subdivider to proceed to the final plat stage; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission rn~t on August 8, 1996 and recommended that cash b~ accepted to satisfy park dedication requirements for Lot 1; and WHEREAS, the City received application for final plat approved on August 16, 1996. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Rarnsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to HUNT ADDITION in accordance with relevant City Codes and as follows: a. Contingent upon the Developer entering into a development agreement with the City. b. A deviation from the 10 acre minimum tot size for Lot 2 and 3, Block 1. The motion for the adopt{on of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember ~ __ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of August, t996.
