Motion died for lack of a second. <br /> <br />Brian Wetterlind, 16171 Llama Street N.W., stated that the parcel to the south is owned by the resident <br />to the east ofkis lot and there is no dweIiing on that parcel. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and sea~nded by Comm~ssiorle~ Thorud to recommend Ihmt City <br />Counc~ approve the Findings of Fact as ~mended. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
