CITY OF RAMSEY DEVELOPMENT PERMIT CASEY'S GENERAL STORES, INC. On September 9, 1996, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") toCasey's General Stores, Inc., an Iowa corporation, C'Perrnittee") to construct a 2,720 square foot convenience store with gas sales ("S.tructures") on the property which is legally described as follows: Lot 1, Block 4, Sunfish Square, Anoka County, Minnesota. the ("Site"). This approval is issued pursuant to {)9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or architect. 4 STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed'On the Site as shown on the Site Plan prepared by Casey's Construction Division, dated :July 31, 1996, Revision Date SITE PREPARATION. All site grading and drainage shall be subject to approval by the City Engineer. REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the following site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location as shown on the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: Site grading in accordance with the approved Site Plan. Installation of bituminous or concrete driveways, parking lots and maneuvering areas. Installation of B-612 continuous concrete curbing around the perimeter of all bituminous or concrete surfaces. Establishment of tuff in areas disturbed during construction and in accordance with the Site Plan. Landscaping in accordance with the Site Plan. ("Required Improvements) FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of these items on the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. LIGHTING. Any lighting installed on the site is subject to prior approval by the City Engineer. BUILDING FACADE. The Permittee agrees to construct the Structures of face brick in accordance with the Building Elevations prepared by Casey's Construction Division dated July 18, 1996.
