Ms. Frolik read the mended wording; <br />"Churches (except; that no church w~l be permitted in a building designed primarily for residential use <br />w~thout first applying for and obtmnmg a condiuonal use pemut and that no church stmcnme will be <br />converted to a commercial use following expiration of occupancy and/or conditional use permit without <br />ob*,~ning condifion~ use permit for conditional use)". <br /> <br />Motion by Commi~;sioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Holland to recommend that City <br />Council adopt the:proposed ordinance to establish churches 'as peru-fitted uses in the R-1 and <br />residential districts. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
