The final plat consists of two sheets delivered to the City on August <br />14, 1996. We offer the following comments: <br /> <br />1. General: The proposed plat is in the Industrial District and consists of two lots:~.rid two <br /> outlots. <br /> <br />Lot Sizes and Dimensions: Both of the lots meet the 1 acre minimum lot size <br />requirement, however, Lot 1, Block 1 is 10 feet deficient of the 200 foot lot width <br />requirement. The final plat to be recorded will be adjusted accordingly. <br /> <br />3. Grading and Drainage Plan: A detailed grading and drainage plan will be required with <br /> each site plan submitted for the development of the two lots. <br /> <br />4. Su'eets: The lots will receive public access from the easterly extension of McKinley <br /> Street N.W. <br /> <br />Park Dedication: The property is located in the Marble Recreation District. The Park <br />Commission will be reviewing the plat at their regular meeting on September 12.
