I <br /> <br />'I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #96-09- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF BUSINESS PARK 95 <br />THIRD ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey acquired property in the Industrial Dislrict for <br />development purposes; and <br /> <br /> WHEREA~S, the City of Ramsey, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly <br />applied for final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlot C and F, BUSINESS PARK 95 SECOND ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission approved the sketch plan on <br />September 3, 1996; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, park dedication requirements will be satisfied with a cash payment. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Business park' 95 Third <br /> Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 9th day of September 1996. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
