Patch in opening where pass thru is. <br /> <br />E. Widen interior door openings to larger 3'-0" door size openings (excluding door to stair) <br /> <br />F. Electrical and plumbing rough-in work. <br /> <br /> Phase 5 <br /> The intent of this phase is lo complete the interior. <br /> <br />A. In main room install new tin ceiling and cove to match existing <br /> <br />B. Install new accessible uni-sex toilet room in old kitchen location, including fixtures and ceramic tile <br /> <br />C. Strip salvaged trim components and fill holes <br /> <br />D. Install and finish all trim and doors <br /> <br />E. Floor (where required) 1. Remove bad or damaged portions of existing flooring thru-out, patch to match <br /> 2. Re-nail flooring <br /> 3. Saw-tooth in matching flooring <br /> 4. Provide level access between main room and toilet and entry area <br /> 5. Resurface flooring as needed (or not?) and refinish <br /> <br />F. Finish all other surfaces - ceiling, cove, walls. <br /> <br />G. Mechanical and electrical fixture installation and trim <br /> <br />H. Install hardware <br /> <br />I.
