Install insulation baffles <br />13. Install blown-in attic insulation in ceiling.joists <br />C. Install soffit vents <br />D. Install round louvered attic vent at round brick opening over main entry <br />E. Remove existing windows and entry door and discard, including blocked up windows on west side. <br />Install new historically correct windows in aluminum or wood, and new entry door <br /> <br />Phase 3 <br />The intent of this phase is to provide exterior site items. <br /> <br />A. Remove existiflg conc. steps. <br />B. Provide rough grading <br />C. Install new accessible walk, and new steps. <br />D. Provide finish grading and any remaining site work <br /> <br />Phase 4 <br />The intent of this phase is to rough-in the interior work. <br /> <br />A. Remove and discard all built-rite-like material and paneling that covers underlying existing wall <br />materials -(plaster or chalkboards) <br /> <br />B. Remove the following trim components and store for later reinstallation (these components will be <br />stripped and prepped prior to reinstallation): <br /> <br />I. Doors, doorjambs and all door trim pieces <br />2. All window trim pieces, including window sill <br />3. Chair rail (directly above wainscot) <br />4. Chalkboard trim (trim piece directly above chalkboards) <br />5. Two rows of horizontal trim above the wainscot in entry and cloak room <br />6. Chalkboards <br /> <br />Remove the following items and discard I. Wainscoting <br /> 2. Boards used to hold bilt-rite in place <br /> 3. Base trirn in kitchen <br /> <br /> <br />
