Councilmemb~r Beahen moved for the adoption of the following findings of fact: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #96-08-206 <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #0408 RELATING TO <br /> A REQUEST FOR AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR A TEMPORARY <br /> OFFICE STRUCTURE ON THE PROPERTY GENERALLY KNOWN AS <br /> 14150 ST. FRANCIS BLVD. N.W. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Johnson Holdings, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has <br />properly applied for an Interim Use Permit for placement of a temporary office structure on <br />the property generally known as 14150 St. Francis Blvd. N.W. and legally described as <br />followS: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Old SchooI House No. 28 Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Applicant appeared before the Planning Commission for a public hearing <br />pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code on August 6, 1996 and that <br />sa/d public hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of sm.'..d.'public <br />hearing are hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />That the subject property is located in the B-1 Business District and is <br />approximately one (1) acre in size. <br /> <br />3. That the surrounding parcels are also zoned B-1 Business. <br /> <br />That the Applicant received site plan approval from the City to construct and operate <br />a bank on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />That the Applicant is proposing to place a 14' x 60' modular office structure on <br />the Subject Property. <br /> <br />6. That the Applicant has stated that the purpose of the temporary <br /> provide office space in which to conduct bank business while <br /> structure is under construction. <br /> <br />structure is to <br />the permanent <br /> <br />That the Applicant is requesting the use of the temporary structure for a six (6) <br />month period. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />That the proposed temporary structure will not increase traffic to or from the Subject <br />Property any more than the permanent structure that has been approved for <br />development on the site. <br /> <br />That the proposed temporary structure will not be unduly dangerous or detrknental <br />to persons residing or working in the area. <br /> <br />That the proposed temporary structure will not impair the use of surrounding <br />properties. <br /> <br /> <br />
