The work <br />will also involve minor amounts of sewer and water to provide service to the properties the <br />roadway will service. This project will provide access and municipal service to the proposed <br />Sauter office build~: g and shop facility as well as a vacant City-owned parcel northwest of the <br />Listul development The City Council ordered bids on August 13, 1996. Bids will be opened on <br />Friday, September i5, I996.
