Councilmember introduced the following resolutio! <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #96-0! <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED <br />OF PROPOSED I~ASSESSMENT FOR IMPROVEMEI~ <br />AND CRACK FILL WINDSORWOOD ADDITION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ a contract has been let and costs have been d,, <br />and crack filling of ~insorwood Addition, and the expemes incurr <br />improvement amount to $5,261 so that the total cost of the improve <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C1 <br />RAMSEY, ANOK)I COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOT~ <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the portion of the cost of such improvement to be paid <br />to be $2,630 and the portion of the cost to be assessed again~, <br />be $2,631. <br /> <br />2) That the principal of the assessments shall be in annual ins~ <br /> (3) years; the fi~t of the installments to be payable with prol~ <br /> interest, per annum from the date of the adoption of the ass~ <br /> percent above the U.S. Treasury Rate. <br /> <br />3) That the City Administrator shall calculate the proper am <br /> improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of <br /> regard to cash vhluation, as provided by law, and shall file in <br /> assessment for ~ublic inspection. <br /> <br />4) That the City ~&~dministrator shall, upon the completion ot <br /> Ramsey City Cotmcil thereof. <br /> <br />The motion for the adop~on of the foregoing resolution was duly seo <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor there <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by 1 <br />~f .qente. mher. 1096 <br /> <br /> <br />
