OF PROPOSEDi ASSESSMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #96-02 (SE~' AND CRACK F][LL NORTHFORK POINT 1ST AND 2ND ADDITIONS) WHEREAS, a contract has been let and costs have been determined with reference to the s and crack fi/ling of ~orthfork Point 1 st and 2nd Additions, and the expenses incurred or to be incm making of such imp~vement amount to $6,727 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $6,; NOW THEREFQRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the portion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City of Ramsey is herel,z to be $513 a~d the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited property owners is d~ be $514. A developer escrow for this purpose contributed $5,700. 2) That the principal of the assessments shall be in annual installments extending over a peric: (3) years; theifirst of the installments to be payable with property taxes payable in 1997 and _ interest, per annum from the date of the adoption of the assessment resolution, at the ram o: percent abov~ the U.S. Treasury Rate. 3) That the City Administrator shall calculate the proper amount to be specially asses~e.d improvementlagainst every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affgcted regard to cash~ valuation, as provided by law, and shall file in the city offices a copy of Such assessment fc~r public inspection. 4) That the City' Administrator shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, n~ Ramsey City Council thereof.
