A clevelopment plan also needs to be provided which shows the lowest permissible floor elevations for the structures to be placed on these lots. P~k Degticatign; At the time of preliminary plat approval, the Ramsey Park an~t Recreation Commission recommended requiring a cash contribution to satlsfy park dedication requirements for the entirety of Ramsey Meadows. Th~ cash payment due is $3,300.00 (4 lots x $825/lo0. Tr~lnsportatiq)n Impact Fee; In April of 1996, the City Council enacted a Tr~sportation Impact Fee at a rate not to exceed $500.00 per resident/al lot. For this particular plat, the fee would be intended for the installation of traffic signals at the intersections of 142nd Avenue and Xkimo Street with T.h. #47. The amount of transportation impact fees due on the plat is $2,000.00; $1,000 of which is due prior to recording the plat and the remaining $1,000 may be deferred as a $250 fee on each of the 4 building permits issued in the plat. The Ramsdy City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 24, 1996 to consider your request for final plat approval of Ramsey Meadows 4th Addition. ~ suggest that you, or your representative, be present at the meeting to answer any questions that may arise.
