Transportation Impact Fee: The City Council has enacted a transportation <br />impact fee and, the rate established for commercial development is $1.50 per square foot of <br />commercial space. In the case of Alpaca Estates 4th Addition, the fee is intended to be <br />utilized for the construction of signals at the intersection of Armstrong Blvd. and Ramsey <br />Blvd. with I-Lighway #10. This fee will be collected on the building permits issued for the <br />lots in the plat. <br /> <br />The Planning ~Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 3, 1996, at <br />the Ramsey M¢nicipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., to consider your request for <br />preliminary plat approval of Alpaca Estates 4th Addition.
