Hart, Finance Officer, City of Ramsey, <br />15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 by Monday, September 23, 1996 at <br />3:00 p.m. Please Send three [3] complete sets of your proposal. <br /> <br />Included with this Request for Proposal is a copy of the transmittal letter and General Purpose <br />Financial Statements extracted from the 1995 CAFR.
