Transportation Impact Fee: The City Council has enacted a transportation <br />impact fee an~d the rate established for commercial development is $1.50 per square foot of <br />cormnercial ~ace. In the case of Alpaca Estates 4th Addition, the fee is intended to be <br />utilized for tl/e construction of signals at the intersection of Armstrong Blvd. and Ramsey <br />Blvd. with I-l~.ghway #10. This fee will be collected on the building permits issued for the <br />lots in the plat. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 8, 1996, at the Ramsey <br />Municipal C6. nter, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., to consider your request for final plat <br />approval of Alpaca Estates 4th Addition. I suggest that you, or your representative, be <br />present at thd meeting to answer any questions that may arise.
